Missed Appointments and Late Cancellations

DENPLAN & PRIVATE POLICY PATIENTS

Missed appointments are a considerable cost and unfair to other patients who have been waiting for an appointment.

  • We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or change an appointment. This can allow the appointment time to be used for another patient.

  • If you cancel 3 appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be de-registered. (Exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances).
